Balancing a rich heritage with a future of innovation.  Throughout my career, I have collaborated with many brands dedicated to innovation, prestige, digitalization, and sustainable principles.

 

Throughout my years I kept abreast of how the luxury industry has undergone enormous change.  Consumers are evolving, the strategy to market and sell has changed, and younger generations are predicted to grow as segments. This evolution is impacting how luxury approaches diversity, equity and inclusion. Digitalization and e-commerce have expanded the reach of luxury brands to every corner of the globe.  In fact, consumers are leading the growth in emerging markets of some brands.

 

How I define diversity and raise awareness around its different dimensions is important if I want to see culture and behavioral change.  Diversity takes on different meanings in a global context. In some places, it is about cultural and ethnic background, but in others, it is about sexual orientation, generation, or even personality. 

 

Having the confidence to work with diverse talent is rewarding, having conviction to adhere to a luxury brand's core values and structure is imperative, having the endurance and patience to care is influential.
