I am the brand ambassador to orchestrate success of the luxury brand, product, and service. As competition between retailers and brands grow, it becomes increasingly important to stimulate myself and the sales team's motivation for higher sales performance and stronger commitment to the brand.
Communication and collaboration with top management strengthens the sales force–brand relationship as a strategic tool. In my experience, these relationships have the power to increase selling motivation, commitment to both the organization and its brands, and ultimately the success of the company.
It is all about maximizing the opportunity. For example, I measured the value at three stages while working with Ballard Designs: The designed value, the proposal value, and the invoiced value. The proposed value was an indicator of how much more product I can sell to the client. I incorporated a growth mindset of establishing a successful KPI and SMART goal strategy utilizing the following:

· Market penetration
· Account penetration
· Sales engagement
· Response speed
· Upselling
· Win rate
· Outbound sales coverage
